Shipping

If paying through paypal, we will ship to the confirmed paypal address.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be provided via email when item is shipped.

Although we do accept returns, shipping fees are not refunded.

All Items are set to a standard shipping of $3.50.  If you are local however, you qualify for local personal delivery, which is just $2.00.  If you are requesting LPD, please mention this in the order comments and I will refund the remaining $1.50 for shipping or add it to your rewards balance.  The choice is yours :-)

Returns

We want you to love your Jewelry.  All purchases from current stock/inventory are eligible for return.  If you receive a piece that is not as advertised (Perish the thought!) or is otherwise not what you ordered please send us a note within 5 days alerting us of the problem.  Returns are eligible for store credit or full refund and will be accepted if returned within 25 Calendar Days from the date of the 'return alert email'. Refunds/Store credit will be released upon receipt of the item in it's original (new & unworn) condition.

Custom pieces are not eligible for return as we work extensively with our customers to provide a custom piece that fits your mental picture.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
